Went to watchPoseidon today and it wasn't my choice so don't START.
It was a pretty nice movie, somewhat similar to Titanic but not as good. Maybe it's because Titanic features more on the human nature side while Poseidon more on the suvival part.
i also think it's not as nice cause the ship sank too fast in Poseidon. Titanic had more heartwhelming scenes before the ship hit the iceberg, for example: lotsa kissing, sex and the romantic relaionship between Jack and Rose. It somehow made the movie more... erm, heartwarming. Poseidon on the other hand doesn't really made people go "Awwww..." when somebody dies or when they got rescued. It's pretty scary by the fact that you never know who's going to die or IF they're going to die. And it's scary because they show all the dead bodies out, not very gruesome but still, many flinched when they saw the dead bodies. It's kinda hard not to when the dead peoples' eyes are wide open and staring STRAIGHT at you.
The movie is about this ship called Poseidon and it sanked when a HUGE wave crashed into it. The ship sank but a part of it remained afloat due to the oxygen inside the ship. Then this group of people which consists of 6 guys, 2 girls and 1 boy tries to escape the ship. They find ways to go up to the top of the ship where they can get off but the place was soon flooded and fire broke out everywhere. Out of the 9 people, i think 4 died. It's rather saddening really.
I'm not going to say much so if you want to watch, DO GO!. The movie is pretty good but don't expect too much of romantic scenes. and also do go watch if you like seeing people die.
After that went to eryi's chalet at DE. Michelle brought her friends along too and they crapped alot lah. They made me laugh like crazy and this is the FIRST time i didn't try to make anyone laugh. They drank some wine and got a bit drunk but we had fun. Choon brought his GF, priscilla along too. Funny how she can manage to tag along without feeling embarassed or anything. She never talk much but she seems quite at ease with all of us. KINDA.
And i take back my words, i don't DISLIKE her so much now although there's still a little part of me which don't like her that much. Maybe it's due to the fact that people r comparing me to her and i just DON'T LIKE IT. I'm a very easily disturbed person and i don't like to be compared or outshine. That's who i am. SAY anything you want, i admit i am insecure in my own body and ugly and fat and pimply. That's too bad. I'm still living and breathing in this world. and you can't make me go away from this world.
ACCEPT IT.
I need to go off. Got tuition tommorow morning. SIANS.
I am so zonked out. Don't appear in my dreams unless you are a HOTTIE or orlando/derekBLOOM or tomfelton. I will kick you out.
